At right: Anthony and Mary with a fresh-off the grill Indalo ribeye steak. Our steaks are home-cut from rib roasts, then dry-rubbed and grilled to your specifications - from rare to well-done.
Meal requests are made when you book your adventure with Rancho Indalo. Three meals are served each day. Got special dietary needs or food allergies? Just let us know and we will work to make sure those needs are met.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, we offer a variety of snacks - from fresh fruits to chips - to soothe any hunger pangs between meals. In the evening we have Happy Hour, with a selection of soft drinks, cocktails (including our Indalo Margarita), beer and California wines - all ready for you when you return from that sunset ride. And Happy Hour wouldn't be complete without some munchables to accompany the drinks - including chips and crudites with salsa verde, salsa rioja, guacamole and ranch dressing.
Let us know of any special dietary needs (low sodium, low cholesterol, vegetarian, food allergies) you have when you book your adventure. And ask us about special dishes that are not listed on the menu. Occasionally, the availability of seasonal foods gives us the opportunity to offer additional dishes.
An adventure at Rancho Indalo can be very active, and we encourage our guests to stay well-hydrated. Beverages we offer at any time of day include a wide variety of soft drinks, filtered water, mineral water, juices, tea, coffee and lemonade.
Please note: foods with nuts are prepared in our kitchen.
